

I cook for house parties that celebrate the abundance of flavor offered by nature.

I also work at a retreat center where I cook for visitors from all over the world. Using produce from our backyard, I feed groups of up to 100 people with nutritous meals.
My recipes are crafted to portray an intentional diet aligned with the seasons, using enchanting meals to connect the community with nature.

I originally studied biological engineering with a focus in natural resources from Penn State where I developed a technical background applicable across agriculture, food processing, and conservation.
I was working as an environmental engineer when I discovered new gifts in cooking. I went from designing meadows at the office to designing menus in the kitchen!
I hope that my work portrays the magic of creativity that exists within us all. :)
